Bio
Rachel Musick is a singer, songwriter, speaker, and creative leader from Kernersville, North Carolina, whose passion is helping women and young adults discover where their true identity is found—in Christ. Through honest stories, vulnerable conversations, and heartfelt worship, Rachel creates spaces where people who have felt unseen, uncertain, or like they don't quite belong can encounter the love of God and find hope.
Although Rachel grew up in a Christian home and attended Christian school, faith didn't become personal until her teenage years when she encountered Jesus at a youth camp. That life-changing moment set her on a path of serving the local church through worship leading, discipleship, and creative ministry.
For the next decade, Rachel served on staff at The Crossing Church, investing in worship ministry and shepherding others. During that time, God began stirring a new calling in her heart—to step beyond the walls of the local church and use her voice, story, and music to reach people searching for hope and belonging.
Rachel speaks openly about her own journey through mental health struggles, insecurity, and the lifelong search for identity. Having wrestled with feelings of not belonging herself, she is passionate about reminding others that they are fully known, deeply loved, and securely rooted in Christ. Her authenticity has made her a trusted voice at women's gatherings, retreats, worship events, and conferences, where she encourages others to embrace healing, freedom, and their God-given purpose.
Music has been at the center of Rachel's ministry for more than a decade. She has written and released multiple original songs, using songwriting as a way to tell stories of God's faithfulness and invite others into deeper worship. In 2025, she released her debut full-length album, I've Been Learning, a collection of songs that chronicles seasons of surrender, growth, and discovering God's presence in everyday life. She continues to write and produce new music that points listeners toward hope, healing, and the goodness of God.
Rachel is also the founder of Inspire Creative, a nonprofit ministry dedicated to uniting artists to impact culture with the Gospel throughout North Carolina's Triad. Through songwriter communities, artist gatherings, workshops, and creative events, Inspire Creative equips and encourages artists to use their gifts for the Kingdom.
Whether she's leading worship, speaking to a room full of women, writing songs, or investing in other creatives, Rachel's prayer is always the same: that people would encounter Jesus, discover their identity in Him, and leave knowing they truly belong.
